Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for damaged during shipping, incorrect item received or defective upon receipt.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@lightbarParts.com to alert us of the issue, then return the damaged, incorrect or defective item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LightbarParts.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, LightbarParts.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

* If a refund is issued other than listed above the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
